Engagements

Every project begins with a written scope and milestone schedule. Work starts once that scope and its estimate are approved in writing.

Milestone invoices are due within 14 days. Ongoing support plans are billed monthly and can be cancelled with 30 days notice.

On final payment, full ownership of the delivered source code, assets and deployment configuration transfers to you.

Each milestone includes two rounds of revisions. Requests beyond the agreed scope are quoted separately before any work begins.

We deliver work with professional care, but our liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected milestone.
